Screens The IPS Director™ User Interface (UI) are Windows industrial touch screen computers which provide printer configuration, control and monitoring for up to four .CORE units, on up to four different printing lines. Available in either a 6” or 15” screen size.     6" UI has IPS Director preinstalled      15" has IPS Producer and IPS Director preinstalled Print Controller   The Print Controller is a rugged, stainless steel, industrial box containing an inc.jet jet.engine V5 print control card and power supply. It has a standard AC Power Connector, Ethernet outlet and 10 additional application-specific interface connectors supporting Pen Stall, Encoder, Sensor, Daisy Chain, Stack Light and General Purpose Input/Output functions. Pens There are a variety of pens stalls available to suit almost any application. From pens designed to reduce the print footprint to covered pen stalls with a protective gasket and integrated splash cover to help prevent both dust and other contaminants from entering. Low profile options are also possible designed for print applications where the print head must to be positioned to print close to the bottom of a package. Whatever your specific need, inc.jet has the pen stall that will suit you...     1/2" short - low vertical height     1/2" tall - small footprint     1/2" covered - protective cover     1/2" low profile - for printing low to bottom of package     1/2" all metal - ruggedized, and smaller width Bulk Ink Solutions inc.jet’s fuel.tank™ Bulk Ink Systems are gravity-fed bulk ink dispensers utilizing either 800mL bags of ink, 350ml cartridges or 1000ml bottles. The bulk ink containers are connected to regulator assemblies, mounted near the printing system. One regulator assembly is used to feed each print cartridge. Depending on the print width and amount of ink to be used, bulk ink systems can be utilized to reduce overall print costs. Mounting .TOTAL is supported by a variety of mounting options – from fixed floor stands, to conveyor mounts. Plus there are two dynamic attachments, the swing arms and slide mounts, to keep your product as close to the print heads as possible. Electronics Everything you need to make your case coding solution a reality is available from inc.jet if you need it. From barcode scanners that plug directly into the User Interface with no additional software installation, to Encoder and Sensor Kits.
